RETURN POLICY   Should you wish to return all or part of your purchase, you may do so for any reason. Your return must be received in our office within 30 days of our ship date. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed after 30 days for any reason. Although not required, for your security we suggest your return be sent in a manner that can be tracked (such as UPS) in case of loss or damage during return shipping. Returns will be accepted on new, unused, undamaged merchandise only. All exterior product packaging must be in original, new condition with all interior components unopened (able to be restocked/resold “as is”). Items purchased as gifts and products returned without the original order shipping/payment receipt may be returned for store credit. Returns for credit card or monetary refund must be accompanied by a copy of the paid receipt. Refunds will be credited to the originating credit card only or refunded by check to the original "Bill To" name if Paypal, cashiers check, or money order was originally used. All returns, excluding merchandise exchanges of equal or greater value, will be charged a 10% restocking fee, with a minimum restocking fee of $5.00. 

Please note that the glass domes are special ordered and are not returnable.

Items purchased as a "set" must be returned as a "set".  For example, one item of a Baby Gift Set cannot be returned separately, nor can one kit from a 3 or 6-pack case.

All returns or exchanges regardless of the reason, require a Return Authorization code (RA#).  To request a RA#, email us at returns@castinggifts.com or call us to request the RA.  Please include the order number, the reasons for your return request, any items you might like in exchange, and a phone number where you can be reached. We will contact you or an RA will be emailed back to you within 2 business days of receipt of your request, along with return address instructions. Return shipping is at your expense and original shipping is non-refundable, including express charges. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the return merchandise accompanied by a Return Authorization #, is received by us. Returns sent without a Return Authorization will not be authorized, processed, or refunded.

PRIVACY POLICY   We collect only the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as site registrations, drawing entries, etc. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our pages for customers and used by us to contact consumers who opt-in for marketing purposes. We collect personal information such as name, contact and credit card information only as needed to process and maintain actual order records, or as voluntarily provided through opt-ins. If you opt-in to one of our email offers and decide at any point you do not want to receive e-mails from us in the future, please let us know by unsubscribing, sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you no longer wish to receive e-mail from our company. We do not share, rent, or sell any of your personal information to any other companies or individuals.

POLICIES, PROCEDURES, TERMS OF USE and PRICES   Use of our site and/or purchasing from us indicates your acceptance and agreement with our policies procedures, terms of use and pricing.  We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, procedures, terms or prices at any time without notice.  Subsequent use of our site after changes are made indicates your compliance and agreement to those changes. Should pricing errors be discovered in our database or shipping calculator, we will always make you aware of the error and require your approval to corrected pricing prior to shipment.
