If you are looking for a way to hold your castings in place on the base, add a jar of Tacky Wax. This non-permanent wax holds your statue and cleans up with a wet rag. It can be applied again and again whenever you want to reposition your statue. The advantage of using Tacky Wax over a permanent adhesive like Super Glue is that it won't damage the base finish, so your base can be reused to display different family keepsakes over the years.
