Below is a list of our store policies and terms of use. Purchasing from us indicates your full understanding and agreement with all policies, terms, and conditions.
RETURNS
We hope you are completely satisfied with our products. However, if you would like to return a product or exchange a gift, you may do so provided it is received by us within 30 calendar days of the ship date printed on your receipt. (Exception: Christmas gifts purchased in November or December may be returned or exchanged until January 22, regardless of when they were purchased.) In order to return any product, it must meet two qualifications:
- The product must be unused, with all packaging undamaged and all contents intact and unopened. (Yes, you can open the box to see what's inside - just don't open, use, or keep any of the contents.) The product must be returned to us in new condition able to be resold "as is." Damaged/torn boxes and kits with missing, opened, used/partially used goods will not be accepted back for any reason.
- Prior to returning a product you'll need to call (630.922.9097) or email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. If emailing please include the reason for the return and your phone number in case we need to reach you. We will respond within 2 days (usually same day) with your RA number and our return mailing address. Returns sent to our corporate address, sent without an RA number, or returned after 30 days from shipment will not be processed.
A 10% (minimum $5.00) restocking fee will apply to every return, except exchanges. Only the originating credit card or PayPal account will be refunded. Gifts (items originally sent to a person other than the billing party) can be returned for exchange only. New shipping charges will apply. Original shipping is non-refundable, including express charges.
We strive to make sure your order is complete and correct. However, if you believe we made a shipping error or there is a defective item in your order, we must be notified by email within five business days of receiving your order at returns@castinggifts.com, or by phoning in to request a Return Authorization. Please include the reasons for your RA request (wrong item shipped, etc.) and a phone number (w/ area code) where you can be reached in case we need to contact you. We will contact you with resolution or an RA will be emailed back to you within 2 business days of receipt of your request. We reserve the right to send replacements for all or part of your damaged item (e.g. if there is broken glass on a frame, we may replace the glass rather than the entire frame, etc.). Without notifying us within the specified time frame or without receiving a Return Authorization, your return will not be processed.
SIGNATURE ACCEPTANCE
We do not require signature acceptance of our orders. However, we do track our shipments through FedEx and through Delivery Confirmation via USPS. It is the delivery driver's option to leave an unattended package at a customer destination. Please be aware that we have no control over this decision, and therefore once delivery is confirmed we are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft after delivery is made. If this is a concern, we suggest having your order shipped to your work location or an alternate residence where someone is home.
CANCELLED, REFUSED, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders may be cancelled without penalty before packaging occurs. Cancellations received once an order has been packaged to ship are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. Once shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances, but the order can be returned within 30 days with a Return Authorization number, less a 10% restocking fee (minimum restocking fee is $5.00).
A valid residential, business, or U.S. military address must be provided on every order. Because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, orders sent to P.O. Box shipping addresses must be sent via U.S. Priority Mail. (The FedEx shipping option will be unavailable during checkout). Though Casting Gifts does not require Signature Acceptance of orders, we do track deliveries via FedEx tracking numbers & by Delivery Confirmation notices through USPS. Because of our No Signature Needed policy, once we have received confirmation of delivery through the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft after delivery is made. Again, if this is a concern, we suggest you DO NOT ship to a P.O. Box or to an address where no one is home. We WILL NOT replace packages that turn up missing for any reason!!!
CastingGifts.com is never responsible for any return shipping costs (domestic or international), or any other associated expenses incurred on a customer's behalf. This includes, but is not limited to, when an order is undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, cancelled after shipment, sent to an incorrect address, sent to a P.O. Box with or without a physical address, returned after 30 days, or returned without a Return Authorization. Should CastingGifts.com incur any shipping charges or expenses for these (or any other) reasons, purchasing from us indicates the customer's understanding, agreement, and authorization to pay the charges.

For your safety, all ordering information is secured with state of the art 128/256 bit SSL encryption during web transmission to protect your credit card and personal information. When you see the locked padlock, you know your data is secure.

The owners of this site make no representations whatsoever about any other web site you may access through this Site, or which may link to this Site. You understand when accessing another web site through ours, that it is independent from CastingGifts.com and Power Enterprises, LLC, and that we have no control over the content on that web site and make no endorsements of any contents or products represented. In addition, a link to this web site from another site does not mean that CastingGifts.com/Power Enterprises LLC endorses any contents or products represented, nor do we endorse or accept any liability or responsibility for the use of such web site.
PROCEDURES and PRICING
Use of our site and/or purchasing from us indicates your acceptance and agreement with our policies procedures, terms of use, and pricing. We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, procedures, terms of use, or pricing at any time, without notice. Subsequent use of our site after changes are made indicates your compliance and agreement to those changes. Should pricing errors be discovered in our database or shipping calculator, we will always make you aware of the error and require your approval to corrected pricing prior to shipment.

Photos and text on this site may not be used to advertise, solicit, or encourage for-profit, personal, or business gain results of any kind.
You MAY NOT copy, use, print, resize, modify, post, or otherwise recreate any images, photographs, instructions, or text appearing anywhere on this site and use it for advertisement, solicitation, or to obtain for-profit, personal, or business gain. Under any circumstances!
You MAY post an image or article to a personal web page or on a public forum (providing NO for-profit, personal, or business gain results are solicited, implied, or encouraged in any way); however, an active link back must exist from every image or article to www.castinggifts.com. Text credit stating “Photo by CastingGifts.com” or “Article by CastingGifts.com” must also be given along with the link. Watermarks may not be removed from photos. Posting an image or copying our text even for non-profit use without an active link back and credit statement will be considered a copyright infringement.
You acknowledge that CastingGifts.com is an on-line branch of Power Enterprises, LLC (herein referred to as the "Company"). You understand that any correspondence from our Company, including your credit card statement or PayPal account, may show Casting Gifts, CastingGifts.com, or Power Enterprises, LLC.
